Organizer and DJ Elvira has worked in the Latin business for more than 20 years as a Latin DJ, events organizer and promoter. She received in 2000 and 2002 Certificates of appreciation for the contribution to the Latin Business from the City of Los Angeles Cultural Affairs Department as well as El Diario La Prensa Award for one of the most outstanding Latin Women of the year. She also received Los Angeles Salsa Congress Award for the Best Latin DJ of the year for 3 consecutive years.
