UGottaEat (UGE) is a Wellness social enterprise introducing a new app connecting home cooks, chefs, and food vendors to overlooked communities that desire freshly made meals. UGE is the ideal virtual marketplace to grow a career and a following in food service without the large brick and mortar investment. Furthermore, UGE is on a mission to strengthen families and DC neighborhoods by reducing food waste and making sure that everyone eats by connecting people to local resources.
UGE is holding an Open House & Recruiting Event on Friday, June 14th from 12:30 PM - 5 PM at Busboys & Poets Anacostia in preparation for its launch to the eating public in July 2019. At the Open House, we will discuss our social mission, explain how the UGE Marketplace app works, how to make money on your schedule, give app demos, and take Chef and Vendor applications on the spot. UGE is specially designed for cooks, chefs, food vendors and everyone in Food Service make money while making a difference in Wellness. You can be selling your fresh made meals within days.
