For over 3 decades, Renee Brachfeld has been delighting audiences throughout the United States with her unique combination of storytelling and amazing juggling feats. Renee often performs with her husband, Rabbi/Musician Mark Novak. Together, they are co-founders of the MultiFaith Storytelling Institute, which provides the opportunity for clergy and lay leaders to learn the art of sacred storytelling. Rachel Dunstan Muller is a storyteller and author from Vancouver Island, on the west coast of Canada. She attended her first adult storytelling event while living in Northern Ireland two decades ago and was delighted to find a vibrant storytelling community upon her return home. She is the program coordinator for the Around Town Tellers, which will co-host the national conference of the Storytellers of Canada in 2020. Rachel’s original stories frequently weave historical times and places with strands of myth and magic, and listeners on both coasts have been enchanted with the results. In addition to a large repertoire of oral stories, Rachel is the author of four juvenile novels. Her first, When the Curtain Rises, was translated into Swedish and Norwegian. To share her passion for the spoken and written word, Rachel leads writing and storytelling workshops for adults and youth.

Celebrate the Timeless Art of Storytelling, with Truths, Folktales, Rumors, and everything in between. Traditional or True its up to you! Join us at our Open Mic and set your story free.
