Affectionately known as “Uncle” Twain, he has shared his funky brand of wit and wisdom with the poetry and story telling communities for over 20 years. He has been a member of 10 DC/Baltimore slam teams, has been the grand slam champion 3 times, published in several journals and anthologies including “I Just Hope It’s Lethal”. He believes in the power of the Funk and the laughter of children.
