The Self-Help Book Club is dedicated to making our lives better one book and one day at a time. This week's book is Forest Bathing, the definitive guide to the therapeutic Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, or the art and science of how trees can promote health and happiness. A beautiful book with 100 color photos, Dr. Qing Li shows us the healing powers of nature.
