Join us in the Langston Room for this author event featuring Mike Peled.

Miko Peled, author of the new book "Injustice: The Story of the Holy Land Foundation Five," tells the story of how the nation's largest Muslim charity was shut down following 9/11 and its leaders eventually sentenced to long prison terms as a result of what Peled argues was an overzealous federal prosecution of a politicized case conducted in a climate of Islamophobia. Drawing on extensive interviews with those involved, Peled's book, "Injustice," traces the labyrinthine course of this case, presenting a terrifying picture of governmental over-reach in post-9/11 America.
