Romanians of DC has the pleasure of inviting you to a special event, a “Stand-Up Comedy Show featuring DC comedians originally from Romania, Albania and beyond.” Join us on Sunday, September 17 from 5 until 7 pm at Busboys and Poets 450 K for a hilarious night of jokes with a Balkan flavor! Andrei Teodosescu will get the evening going with his set of soulful songs! David Morar, born in Romania, started doing stand-up in 2009 and has been making himself laugh ever since (sometimes he’ll even make other people laugh too!). Ivi Demi, born in Albania, has performed across the US at comedy festivals big and small, has been featured at the DC Improv and produces several shows in NYC and DC.
