Join us as we celebrate the "International Day of Remembrance for the victims of slavery and The transatlantic slave trade" as proclaimed by the UN. The goal is to spread awareness of this UN resolution and make March 25th an annual celebration/nationally observed day.

We will discuss the UN resolution 69/16 (International Decade for People of African Descent) in depth, what it means for us, and outline some courses of action, all while enjoying good vibes, music, and intellectual discourse.
