Transportation Infrastructure in the U.S.

Emil H. Frankel is currently an independent consultant on transportation policy and public management issues, a Senior Fellow at the Eno Center for Transportation, and a Senior Advisor of Crosswater Realty Advisors. His illustrious career includes a tenure as Assistant Secretary for Transportation Policy of the U.S. Department of Transportation from 2002 to 2005. In addition, Frankel was Commissioner of the Connecticut Department of Transportation from 1991 to 1995.
