"TILL" is a profoundly emotional and cinematic film about the true story of Mamie Till-Mobley's relentless pursuit of Justice for her 14-year-old son, Emmett Till, who, in 1955, was lynched while visiting his cousins in Mississippi. In Mamie's poignant journey of grief turned to action, we see the universal power of a mother's ability to change the world.
Keith Beauchamp, a celebrated filmmaker and civil rights advocate, is known for his profound storytelling. His work on the acclaimed film "TILL" earned prestigious honors, including the PGA's Stanley Kramer Award, Best Screenplay at the Black Reel Awards, and the National Board of Review's top film award in 2022. Beyond cinema, Beauchamp collaborates with the FBI on civil rights cold cases, shedding light on unsolved injustices.
