Learn about the history of the Shaw neighborhood and the H Street and U Street corridors on a bike ride that explores multiple perspectives on the city’s development, followed by a conversation with Derek Hyra, author of Race, Class, and Politics in the Cappuccino City at the 5th & K Street location of local restaurant Busboys and Poets. Brunch will be provided.
