Debate Location: The University of Utah, Salt Lake City
Debate Moderator: Susan Page of USA Today
Debate Format: Harris and Pence will tackle nine topics selected by the moderator. Each segment will be given approximately 10 minutes each. The moderator will use the balance of the time in the segment for a deeper discussion of the topic.
