STORY LEAGUE STORY CONTEST: Testy, Testy!
$150 Cash Prize for Funniest Story!
This month marks the 3rd ANNIVERSARY of our story contests at Busboys and Poets!

RULES ETC.: Storytellers will have 7 minutes to tell a true, personal funny story on the theme "testy, testy!": Think: Tests of all kinds, be it in school, life, the school of hard knocks (the streets); being testy/cranky or dealing with a grouchy, testy person; or whatever else occurs to you when you hear those words. No notes or props are allowed. The Judges' funniest will be announced at the end of the night and will receive a $150 Cash Prize. Theaudience will also select its funniest. Both winners go on to compete in the Story League ALL-STARS Tournament 10 on Monday, November 24 at U Street Music Hall, where the prize jumps to $300!
