Want to start a family, but are hesitant about how you'll afford the time off?
Is being a caregiver to a family member affecting your income and/or your job security?
Did you know that non-government employees (non-profit, for-profit, or self-employed) working in the District will be able to access Paid Family Leave benefits next year?
ROC-DC, in partnership with the Office of Paid Family, will be hosting a series of listening sessions across the District to share how the upcoming Paid Family Leave benefit will affect tipped workers and other members of the service industry community. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage directly with representatives from the Office of Paid Family Leave to ask questions, express concerns, and offer suggestions for regulation reform during the open comment period.
