Have you ever wondered what gives Busboys and Poets’ food that extra bit of deliciousness? What exactly is in the corn salsa served with the Blackened salmon? What gives the Cauliflower Sandwich that tangy kick?
Join us as we partner with the YMCA-Anthony Bowen for our summer cooking classes. Eager home cooks and Busboys and Poets fans will learn how to make dishes from the Busboys and Poets menu. Menu for this class will include the Busboy's signature, Blackened Salmon entree!
Sous Chef David Mejia will lead us on this culinary journey!
