Discussion
with Haitian activists, Alina "Tibebe" Cajuste and Guyto
Derosiers, presented by Beyond Borders
250,000 Haitian children are living in a form of
modern slavery called restav?k. Coming to the United States this May
are Alina "Tibebe" Cajuste, who grew up in restav?k slavery
and is now an inspiring leader working with other adult survivors
for an end to restav?k, and Guyto Derosiers, the Coordinator of our
Child Protection Program, who heads a team of powerful trainers who
are expanding our network of Child Rights Activists in
Port-au-Prince. Tibebe and Guyto will be touring the East Coast to
raise awareness about this grave injustice and what you can do to
help end restav?k in our lifetimes. This is a unique opportunity for
us in the US to learn firsthand from Haitians working for social
movements in their own communities. For more information, please
