Summer in the city getting you down? Stay cool with comedy! Jynx Comedy Night delivers high-energy, empowering comedy. Our versatile, often edgy comedians have performed at venues such as the DC Improv, Greenwich Village Comedy Club (NYC), Magooby’s Joke House, and at festivals including She Makes Me Laugh and Edinburgh Fringe Festival. With so much talent every month, you’re guaranteed to have a good time.
Jynx Comedy Night is brought to you by Busboys and Poets in coordination with Project Thalia, an organization that celebrates female artists and amplifies the voices of people who identify as women, women of color, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. This is a supportive and empowering event that fosters an atmosphere of caring, compassion, and kindness – where politics and art collide with intention and fun.
