On this 18th day of the partial government shutdown, Trump will give a prime-time address where he will make his case for wall funding. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and Senate Democratic leader Chuck Schumer will deliver a response to President Trump’s address.  The speeches will be screened live at all Busboys and Poets locations.
