A Busboys and Poets event hosted this week by Kezia the Poet
Kezia Snipe grew up writing poems and short stories. With subject matters relative to her young life, she grew to develop a lifelong love of words. In high school, she discovered another love, the stage. While involved and thriving in this art, Kezia learned the importance of stage presence, audience connection and delivery of various literary works. With these acquired skills coupled with her love of poetry, Kezia has been blessed to effectively convey inspiration, motivation and healing to people from all walks of life for the last 13 years. During that time, she's released 3 spoken word albums, facilitated numerous writing workshops for writers of all ages, published a collaborative poetry book & a personal, comprehensive anthology and co-led a young adult spoken word group in the DMV.
