Macalester College, or Mac as we fondly call it, is a private liberal arts college based in St. Paul, Minnesota with a special emphasis on internationalism, multiculturalism, and service to society. Our students come from all corners of the globe, with over 90 countries represented. Notable alumni include Kofi Annan, the seventh Secretary-General of the United States, former U.S. Vice President Walter Mondale, playwright, and actress Danai Gurira, and novelist Tim O'Brien, to name a few.
All DC alumni are invited to meet with visiting students, hear an update from current staff and faculty, and connect with other alumni. Regardless of your major, industry, or class year, we hope you will join us for community and conversation. Special guests include John Mountain, Michele Moylan, and Mary Emanuelson of the Career Development Center; Professor Patrick Schmidt, Political Science; and Professor Liz Jansen, Biology.
There is no fee to attend the event.
Hors d'oeuvres will be served.
A cash bar will also be available.
