Dr. Gadhia-Smith is the author of How to Heal Emotional Trauma: 7 Keys to Finding Freedom and Self-Worth.
This book takes you through seven stages of emotional healing: coming out of denial, identifying current feelings, identifying behavior patterns, recognizing beliefs, stopping self-sabotage, letting go of the victim mentality, and utilizing practical tools to develop and increase your self-worth.
