Every child deserves a great teacher, every year. The Urban Teachers program makes this possible by preparing teachers to improve student outcomes in high-need schools and to become highly effective through a 14-month residency, coaching, and a clinically based M.S.Ed. from Johns Hopkins University. The "Grow Your Network" event is a chance for Urban Teachers Fellows and Alumni to eat, drink, and network with local education leaders who will share their advice, experience and insights into their various career paths.
