Join Columbia Lighthouse for the Blind (CLB) for the Opening Night of our third art exhibit, Beyond Sight. Complimentary hors d'oeuvres will be served and one of our participating artists will paint live!
The Opening Night reception will last from 5 to 8 pm, with a speaker program beginning at 6:30 pm. To RSVP, please contact Elizabeth Knipp at eknipp@clb.org. The artwork will be on display at the 14th and V St location until Saturday, June 23rd.
Beyond Sight showcases the creative capabilities of five local artists who are visually impaired. Our hope is that this exhibition will inspire viewers and dismantle the common belief that vision plays a crucial role in the creation of ‘visual art’.
