Description:

Nazism triumphed in Germany during the high age of Jim Crow in America. What were there links between the two nightmare regimes? What does the history of American White Supremacy in the age of Hitler tell us about American White Supremacy today? James Q. Whitman is the Ford Foundation Professor of Comparative and Foreign Law at Yale Law School and author of Hitler’s American Model: The United States and the Making of Nazi Race Law. He will be joined in conversation by Donté Stallworth, a former NFL wide receiver and current CNN contributor.
