Busboys and Poets is celebrating International Yoga Day in many of our locations. The Takoma Busboys and Poets is collaborating with Yogi Maria Hamburger. Maria is a passionate believer in living and embodying a spirited life. She seeks to inspire her students to recognize the light inside themselves and manifest this in their lives, on and off the mat. Maria's progressive teaching style allows each student to experience their fullest capacity within a supportive atmosphere and a playful heart.Â
The practice will be a celebration of the Summer Solstice and will focus on embracing the light of hope and peace. All levels welcome. $5 suggested donation. We look forward to bringing in the summer with our community.Â
