Busboys and Poets celebrates International Yoga Day with free outdoor yoga with top DC fitness instructors Kathleen Kulikowski and Charly Williams. Start your day off with mindfulness and love. Grab coffee and breakfast at Busboys with us after!

A little about Kathleen and Charly:Â
Kathleen started her fitness journey as a professional dancer on Disney Cruise Lines. After a successfully career in dance she moved into the fitness world and automatically knew it’s where her heart belonged. Her love for movement and inspiration made her one of the top fitness instructors in the DC area. She brings charisma, intensity, and motivation into every one of her classes and is excited to be teaching on International Yoga Day. You can catch Kathleen at SoulCycle 14th St, West End, and Georgetown.
Charly is a DMV local. After some dabbling in the service industry post-college (Go Terps!) she turned to yoga to find some balance and focus on what path felt right. She gained her 200hr yoga teaching certification in 2013 and took on coaching strength training at [solidcore] in 2015 where she continues to manage. International Yoga Day is an amazing opportunity to bring yoga, strength, peace and energy together to the masses. You can catch Charly at [solidcore] in Adams Morgan and Cathedral Commons.Â
