Act Out is a monthly Theatrical Action Series that takes place in bars and theaters across DC. It was created to give artists a chance to embrace, engage, or rage at current events and the political climate through theater, spoken word, poetry, and music. Act Out welcomes artists of all creeds, and strives to be aggressively inclusive. We encourage artists of any race, religion, sex, gender, orientation, nationality, and political perspective to submit their work and participate.Â
