As the saying goes, "you have to see it to be it," and Grassroots Comedy wants to see more women and nonbinary folx on stage! We're proud to present the Graduation Showcase for the second iteration of our new "You Belong on Stage" Standup Comedy Incubator for Women and Nonbinary Folx! About half of our cohort had never been on stage before this class, and all have been working hard to find their comedic voices and hone their five minute sets. Don't miss our graduates taking the stage (some for the first time!), hosted by instructor Dana Fleitman (DC Improv, Howard Theatre).
