The Prince George’s Arts and Humanities Council (PGAHC) will collaborate with Pen America, World Voices Festival, New York City to present the 2017 Festival of Literary Arts (FOLA). The FOLA Festival, scheduled for Wednesday, May 3 – Saturday, May 13, 2017, is a literary consortium that celebrates the intersection of authors, poets, screenwriters, visual artists, literary entrepreneurs with personal journeys, career paths, and dream building. We are excited to announce our Literary Artists in Residence this year will be Nancy Morejon, award-winning Cuban lead poet. Highlights also include a keynote opening networking reception followed by a series of panels and workshops for all ages.
