We are heading into a dangerous time, a time like no other in this country’s history. A time when the very essence of what it means to be free and to be an American is in grave jeopardy. We will not stand by and tolerate Trump’s racist, misogynistic, xenophobic, and homophobic agenda. And we are ready to fight his dangerous and divisive plans with everything we have.
Together, we will raise money for six national non-profit progressive organizations that are on the front lines, fighting every day for equality, human rights, the environment, freedom, and inclusiveness.
DONATIONS: You will be able to donate to each organization through Crowdrise or you may bring checks made out to the organizations to the event and we will collect those and send them to each organization. We are using the Crowdrise fundraising platform on the recommendation of the ACLU, which has said that this is a platform they endorse. It works through an organization called Network for Good, which is a BBB accredited donation service that our featured organizations verified is a legitimate organization that they endorse.
