HCAR’s DEI Committee is partnering with the D.C. Metro Chapter of AREAA, the Maryland Hispanic Real Estate Association, the Howard County Women’s Council of REALTORS® Network, the Central Maryland Chapter of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, the Real Estate Brokers of Baltimore, Inc., Seniors Real Estate Specialists, and Maryland REALTORS® Leadership.
This townhall discussion is focused on the theme “DEI means to our multicultural organizations and what steps are being taken to reach their goals.” This event will provide you with an opportunity to speak with our multicultural organization leaders to walk away with an understanding of the role of their organizations, tools to be a strong ally, and knowledge of best practices and resources to promote diversity and inclusivity in the real estate industry.
