"Mind, Body and Spirits" is an interactive workshop series that shows the connection between different faiths and the path to holistic health. Drop in at  Busboys and Poets, 14th & V to decompress and center after a long day, and enjoy happy specials and good company afterward.Â
What is this thing called yoga?
For the first workshop, guests will learn a little bit about what yoga is and have the opportunity to try meditation and simple yoga poses. Bring a little bit of your heart and soul (and a yoga mat if you have one). Everything else is optional.Â
