Are you increasingly concerned about the environment? Do you think workers are getting a fair shake in the workplace? Join MD State Senator Jamie Raskin as he moderates a panel of local and national experts on labor and climate issues and how they intersect with art. Lumina Studio Theatre's upcoming production of THE TEMP(est) will bring a fresh perspective to these issues.
Panelists to include: Sarita Gupta, Executive Director of Jobs with Justice, Mike Tidwell of the Chesapeake Climate Action Network, and David Minton, Lumina Studio Theatre Artistic Director. Questions and discussion with the audience will follow. The evening will also include readings of relevant passages from THE TEMP(est) by Lumina's talented youth actors.
