We invite you to a meeting with Vladimir Milov, a prominent Russian opposition politician, economist, energy expert, and adviser to Alexei Navalny.
Vladimir Milov worked as an adviser to the Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation (2001-2002) and Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation in the government of PM Mikhail Kasyanov (2002). In the government, Mr. Milov was an implacable opponent of energy monopolies. After leaving the government, Mr. Milov founded the Institute for Energy Policy. Also, he was the head of the opposition Democratic Choice party (2012-2015) and one of the founders of the PARNAS - For Russia without arbitrariness and corruption coalition together with Boris Nemtsov and Mikhail Kasyanov. In February 2008, together with Boris Nemtsov, he published a report "Putin. Results", in which he sharply criticized the actions of Russian authorities under the rule of President Vladimir Putin. Since 2017, he has been hosting a weekly program on the Navalny LIVE YouTube channel. Vladimir Milov is Alexey Navalny's economic advisor.
