After graduating from Harvard, Bryan Stevenson heads to Alabama to defend those wrongly condemned or those not afforded proper representation.
SPEAKERS
Douglas Lloyd
Douglas Lloyd was born in Southeast Washington DC. At the age of thirteen, with no parents to support him, he was fending for himself in the streets. As an older teenager, several serious drug charges led to him doing 23 years in prison. With recent early compassionate release he was blessed with another job to be a mentor to Title 16 youth offenders.
Pili Greenfield
A Washington, D.C. native, returning citizen, and father of 3, Pili is the author of the Book, “The Apprenticeship of SIN: From Promise, Through Prison to Purpose”. Pili is currently owner of two CBE/DBE certified businesses, a Project Manager for a DOES grantee, and a referral alumni tutor for the Georgetown/MORCA Paralegal program. Pili is an accomplished composer and part time church musician, and dedicated vegan.
