The mission of the Natural Hair Industry Convention is to unite and encourage collaboration amongst current leaders of the professional natural hair industry in order to lay a solid foundation from which aspiring leaders of tomorrow may build; To provide reliable education and counsel for both the present and future leaders of the natural hair community; To establish and continue to encourage the growth of a network wherein natural hair professionals can experience camaraderie and mentorship.
