Laura was Co-Chair of the Editorial Committee for “Perspectives on the Creative Economy†a 2011 White Paper developed by The George Washington University Law School Small Business and Community Economic Development Clinic and Washington Area Lawyers for the Arts. She has continued WALA's policy initiative with the 2015 White Paper “Promoting Economic Development Through Arts Incubators†also a product of the collaboration The George Washington Law School Small Business & Community Economic Development Clinic and Washington Area Lawyers for the Arts.
