I Once Was Lost // August 24 - 27, 8:30pm
“Choose confrontation wisely, but when it is your time, don’t be afraid to stand up, speak up, and speak out against injustice.”
In response to the multiple crises affecting us, the #SchoolofGoodCitizenship is going live every night of the Republican National Convention with virtual choirs and spoken word poets.
In collaboration with spoken word poets and choral directors David Tang, Kevin Mayes, and Eric Banks, these concerts of songs of uplift and redemption will bring in an a different chorus every night building up to the final concert.
Audiences watching the live stream on Facebook Live and YouTube will be invited to join the performers on Zoom for the final segment!
We are so excited to bring these performers straight to you via Facebook @busboysandpoets
