Description:

Join us for a screening and discussion on Not Fooling the Rain: How Housing in Haiti Needs Major Repairs Five Years After the Earthquake.

Five years after the earthquake, more than 150,000 people still live in temporary settlements and experience forced evictions. Thousands still do not know when they will have dignified housing. Join members of Haitian civil society to discuss the current housing crisis and offer solutions to ensure the Haitian right to housing. We will be screening a video highlighting life in Haiti’s tent camps and the inadequate global response.
