Busboys and Poets welcomes the Children's National Medical Center to the Pearl Bailey room for this event.
The Division of Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine at Children’s National Hospital is ranked among the top 10 in the nation by the U.S. News & World Report. It is the only comprehensive program in the Metropolitan Washington DC area for the evaluation and treatment of all types of congenital or acquired lung and airway diseases, affecting infants and children. The care is provided by board-certified pediatric pulmonologists, pulmonary nurse practitioners and specialized psychologists. The team is complemented by dedicated social workers, nutritionists, nurses and certified respiratory and sleep technicians. It is the only program in the region offering fellowship training for Pediatric Pulmonologists and one of only 4 in the country offering training in Pediatric Sleep Medicine.
