There are all kinds of comics out there. You’ve got your prop comics, blue collar comics, the kings of comedy, the down and dirty comics...but what about the others? When John Poveromo met Joanne Filan at an amateur comedy show in New York City, they immediately bonded over their love of food, music, tv, and movies. But avoiding the age old one-upmanship and name-dropping made them feel like "square pegs in the round holes of stand-up" or as they like to call themselves, “The Misfits Of Comedy!” Join John Poveromo and Joanne Filan along with local comics, Theresa Concepcion and Violet Gray for a great night of comedy.
