Join us at Busboys and Poets Takoma for our monthly Artomatic Happy Hour where art, community, and conversation come together.
The session will be led by Carol Rhodes Dyson, who will share information about the opportunity to have artwork displayed across the eight Busboys and Poets locations throughout the Washington, DC area. Artists will learn about the selection process, how exhibitions work within the restaurants, and how their art can become part of the vibrant atmosphere that defines Busboys and Poets.
Come enjoy happy hour, meet fellow artists, and learn how your work could be featured in one of DC’s most celebrated community spaces.
Presented in partnership with Artomatic, one of the DC region’s most celebrated open-entry arts festivals, this event connects artists with opportunities to share their work with the community. Artomatic is a volunteer-run, unjuried arts festival that transforms large spaces into temporary galleries and performance venues, bringing together hundreds of visual artists, musicians, performers, and creatives from across the region.
