In the world of ministry and creative expression, we often pour into others leading, inspiring, and uplifting while carrying our own silent burdens. M&Ms: Mental Health & Ministry is a sacred space where faith and mental well-being intersect.
M&Ms exists to spark honest conversations about the emotional and mental struggles that pastors, worship leaders, musicians, entertainers, and creatives often face. We will explore how to sustain mental and spiritual wellness through raw, transparent dialogue while fulfilling the call to serve. This panel discussion will provide a safe and empowering environment where stories are shared, healing begins, and strategies for balance and restoration are uncovered. This is more than an event—it’s a movement. A movement to normalize mental health conversations in ministry, dismantle the stigma, and remind those who lead that they deserve spaces to be heard, supported, and renewed. Join us as we break the silence, embrace healing, and stand together in faith and mental wellness.
