Big Chair Discussions is based on real people, relevant topics happening right now. Beyond the Food Pt. 1 will address food resiliency, buying local, community access to healthy foods, urban farming in opportunity zones and education. The history and where the industry is headed for people of color.

Following the reception break is Beyond the Food Pt 2 an intimate conversation with four rising stars as they provide an in-depth look at the food culture and demands to achieve success as a chef in marginalized communities.
