Join Wolomi as we talk about preparing for parenthood, choosing a pediatrician, staying healthy during pregnancy for you and the baby and creating strong parent-baby bonds.
Wolomi believes in innovative tools, strategy, and intervention to improve the health outcome of the population we serve. As subject matter experts for the health of black women and their families, we understand the social determinants of health that creates barriers to better outcomes for black mothers and their loved ones. We work with Health Information Technology companies, Provider Practices, Payers and companies with similar goals.
As maternal health coaches, Wolomi provides support for women who are thinking of becoming pregnant, already pregnant or just had a baby. From emotional support to prioritizing in pregnancy, we help women navigating the healthcare system to achieve success and wellness.
