Elevate Social Work! Career Event Featuring Federal & DC Govt Social Workers- Keynote Speaker: HyeSook Chung, MSW
Ms. Chung is the President of The Baltimore City Foundation. She served as DC’s Deputy Mayor for Health and Human Services where she worked to expand Medicaid, TANF, and CHIP. Prior to serving as Deputy Mayor. Chung served as the executive director of DC Action for Children, a child advocacy organization working to bring high impact outcomes to DC children. Ms. Chung has worked to improve the lives of children through direct service, program management, philanthropy and advocacy for the past 22 years.
