Join us for Jynx Comedy Night! Our show features some of the boldest, most diverse, and powerful female voices in the DC comedy scene bringing their fresh and unique perspectives to the stage. Our lineup of comedians has made several notable appearances including the DC Improv, Underground Comedy Festival, and various comedy clubs and festivals throughout the country.
Since October 2018, Jynx comedy night has delivered high-energy, edgy, and empowering comedy showcases. We scour the east coast for the best up-and-coming performers to feature in our monthly line-up. Join us on April 24th for our next installment! This month's theme will be all about celebrating growth through adversity. So come prepared to laugh, then cry, then laugh some more. This is an experience you won't want to miss!
Jynx Comedy Night is brought to you by Busboys and Poets in coordination with Project Thalia, an organization that amplifies the voices of people who identify as women, women of color, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. This is a supportive and empowering event that fosters an atmosphere of caring, compassion, and kindness – where politics and art collide with intention and fun.
