The featured speakers will be state Sen. Barbara Favola (D-31st)
and Del. Patrick Hope (D-47th). Hope replaces Bob Brink, who had
been scheduled to participate but resigned from the House of
Delegates effective June 30 to take a job in the McAuliffe
administration.
