Join us for an intergenerational, teach-in co-moderated by activist Princess Black, and Howard University's Professor Dr. Greg Carr. Participants include Joni Eisenberg, Reverend Grayland Hagler, Phyillis Bennis, Dave Zirin, Ayanna Gregory, Ella McCall, Frank Smith, Vanessa Wills, In Progress, Maurice Jackson, Jeremiah Lowery, and Veteran SNCC Activist, Dorie Ladner.
King Stories, a one-hour documentary of captivating stories told by friends and associates intimately involved with the life of Dr. King, hosted by Julian Bond, and produced by Dorothy Greene, airs at 4pm.
We close out the day at 5pm with a rare appearance by the Earth, Wind and Fire tribute band on live @ 5.
