Busboys and Poets and The DC LaborFest welcomes Rusty Hassan and guests to the Langston Room. This event wraps up the 2016 Laborfest with a full night of jazz starting with a live simulcast concert from 5pm-6pm on WPFW 89.3FM with local jazz musicians – and Washington Musicians Union members -- Harry Appelman, Marty Nau, Steve Novosel and Nasar Abadey. Then from 6pm-8pm, WPFW jazz host Rusty Hassan will play jazz CDs. Hassan is a retired AFGE national representative and proud member of the Communications Workers of America.
